Ingredients
- 200g Crescent Premium Chicken Sausages
- 3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 1-inch piece Ginger, finely chopped
- 1 Capsicum, sliced diagonally
- 1 Onion, cut in to big pieces
- 2 Green chillies, sliced
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 2 tsp Chilli flakes
- 2 – 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp dark Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
- Salt to taste
Preparation & Cooking
- In a frying pan, sauté Garlic, Ginger, Onion and Green chilli for a few minutes.
- Add sliced Crescent Premium Chicken Sausages and tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix in Chilli flakes, Tomato ketchup, Soya sauce, Sugar and Salt.
- Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes, until well coated in the sauce.
- Stir in the Capsicum, toss well and remove from heat.
- Serve warm with Rice, Bread or on its own.
