Crescent Stuffed Pancakes
Ingredients
- For the pancakes:
- 1 cup Flour
- 1.5 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt (or as needed)
- For the filling:
- ½ Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Celery stalk
- 100g Crescent Chicken Salami, sliced
- 100g Crescent Chicken Mortadella, chopped
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2-3 tbsp Crescent Sun Dried Tomato and Cream Cheese Spread
- For the sauce:
- 2-3 tbsp Crescent Sundried Tomato and Cream Cheese Spread
- 2-3 tbsp Fresh cream
Preparation Method
- Whisk ingredients for pancakes until you have a smooth batter.
- Cook pancakes, crepe style and thin, on medium high heat.
- To make the filling, heat oil in a saucepan and sauté garlic, onions and celery.
- Add sliced Crescent Chicken Salami, Crescent Mortadella and let it brown slightly.
- Add Crescent Sun Dried Tomato and Cream Cheese Spread and mix well until all the ingredients are well coated. Add a splash of milk if needed.
- Place one or two spoons of filling in each pancake and roll it up.
- To make the sauce, heat cream and pour it over Sun Dried Tomato and Cream Cheese Spread. Whisk well until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle generously over the stuffed pancakes and serve warm.
