A: Store all frozen products in a deep freezer at -18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Yes. All Norfolk Foods products are 100% halal-certified.

A: Yes. Every batch undergoes rigorous quality checks by our in-house specialized teams before it reaches the market.

A:Standard deliveries are fulfilled within 1–3 business days depending on the delivery area and order size. Bulk or corporate orders may require additional time, which will be communicated by our sales team.

A: Due to the perishable nature of frozen food, Norfolk Foods does not accept product returns. In the rare event of a product quality issue, incorrect order, or damage during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours with proof of purchase and product details. Our Quality Assurance and Customer Service teams will review the case and arrange a suitable replacement.

A: Our frozen products should always be kept in your freezer at -18°C and used before the “Best Before” date. Once thawed, we don’t recommend refreezing. For dips and spreads, simply store them in your refrigerator at 0–4°C and enjoy them within the time period mentioned on the pack after opening.
